1. Scope
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all users and visitors of FarmSimGame.com and govern your use of the website and its services.
- By using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.
2. User Responsibilities and Content Uploads
- Users who upload content, including mods, are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws, does not infringe on intellectual property rights, and adheres to the terms outlined here.
- FarmSimGame.com is not liable for any user-uploaded content. The uploader assumes all liability for their content, including but not limited to legal, technical, and ethical compliance.
- Users grant FarmSimGame.com a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, distribute, and modify uploaded content for purposes related to the website.
- We reserve the right to remove or delete any content, including mods, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or explanation.

6. Membership and Account Terms
- Users who register for any paid services agree to pay the required fees. Failure to pay these fees may result in the termination of services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. FarmSimGame.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
6a. Supporter Subscriptions and Payment Processing
- FarmSimGame.com offers optional, recurring monthly Supporter subscriptions (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers) that unlock additional features on the website, our Discord bot, and game servers.
- All Supporter subscription payments are processed by Sargent Interactive, a third-party billing provider, using Stripe as the underlying payment processor. FarmSimGame.com does not collect, process, or store your payment card information.
- By subscribing, you authorize Sargent Interactive to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the price displayed at checkout, until you cancel.
- Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your Supporter Settings page; access and benefits remain active through the end of the billing period you already paid for, after which the subscription ends and is not renewed.
- You may switch between Supporter tiers from your Supporter Settings page. Tier changes are limited to once every 30 days to prevent abuse of the subscription system. Upgrading to a higher tier takes effect immediately: you are charged a prorated amount at the time of upgrade — the difference in price between your current tier and the new tier for the remainder of your current billing period — your monthly billing date does not change, and the full price of the new tier applies from your next renewal onward. Downgrading to a lower tier takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep your current tier's benefits until then and are not charged again until the new, lower price applies at renewal.
- If a recurring payment fails, your Supporter benefits may be suspended or removed until a successful payment is made.
- Subscription prices may change at any time. A price change will never affect a billing period you have already paid for; it applies only to future purchases and renewals, and where reasonably possible we will announce price changes in advance.
- Your invoices and receipts are available directly on FarmSimGame.com from the Billing History section of your Supporter Settings page. Payment methods are entered securely through Stripe checkout whenever you subscribe, switch plans, or resubscribe; we do not offer a separate "update card" form outside of that checkout flow.
- Supporter perks (Discord roles, bot features, server limits, and similar benefits) are provided at FarmSimGame.com's discretion and may change over time. Loss of an active subscription, whether through cancellation or failed payment, will result in the removal of Supporter benefits.
6b. Refund Policy — All Sales Are Final
- All Supporter subscription payments are final and non-refundable, aside from any refunds we are required to provide by applicable law. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds or credits will be issued, including (but not limited to) for partial billing periods, unused time after you cancel, unused or unwanted features, upgrading to a higher tier, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the service.
- Cancelling a subscription stops all future charges but does not refund the current billing period. Your benefits remain active through the end of the period you already paid for.
- Upgrading to a higher tier is not a refund event: the unused portion of your previous plan is automatically credited against the prorated upgrade charge, not refunded as a separate payment.
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against a legitimate, authorized charge instead of contacting us may result in the immediate removal of Supporter benefits and suspension or termination of your account.
- If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer.
6c. Feature Limits and Grandfathered Content
- The Free tier and each Supporter tier include limits on certain per-Discord-server features (Embeds, Timed Messages, Applications, YouTube Channels, Auto Responders, Reaction Roles, and Game Servers). These limits may change at any time, as described in Section 6a.
- Effective 7/19/26, we updated these per-tier limits. If a Discord server already had more of a given feature set up than its current tier now allows, that existing content is grandfathered in and will not be removed or disabled because of the limit change.
- However, while a Discord server is at or over its tier's limit for a feature, you will not be able to create additional items of that type. To add more, you must first bring your usage back under the limit (for example, by removing existing items) or upgrade to a Supporter tier with a higher or unlimited limit for that feature.
- This grandfathering applies only to content that already existed before a given limit change took effect. It is not a guarantee for future limit changes; we will state at the time whether any new change carries the same grandfathering.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
- We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
- Users are prohibited from sharing sensitive or personal information of others without their consent on FarmSimGame.com.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- FarmSimGame.com is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the download or use of content available on the website, including mods, tools, or other user-generated content.
- Users acknowledge that downloading or using any content from FarmSimGame.com is done at their own risk.
9. Modifications to Terms
- FarmSimGame.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to use this website after such modifications, you agree to adhere to and be bound by these modifications.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
