Server Description

**Primary Objective:**
Build a modern arable contracting business in Australia without owning any fields or farmland. As the contracting business grows, expand into farm ownership .

**Start equipment:**
Note - all equipment is hire purchased and must be repaid before further purchases

**monthly repayments:**
approx $10,000/month (5 year finance term)

2 tractors
1 combine with grain header only
1 cultivator
1 seeder
1 truck and single trailer

**Contract rules:**

Only 1 contract per person at a time - limit AI use as the AI price is set to max levels
Contracts must be completed before accepting a new one
Must own equipment to complete contracts (no leasing equipment)
Must sell all product, no keeping crop
Canola must be swathed and pick up header used
Equipment must be returned to the yard before completing a contract unless the next contract utilises the same equipment.

**Goal:**
Own the following equipment:

5 x class 11 combines (either John Deere X9, Case AF11 or New Ho***nd CR11) with 50ft headers + at least 2 pickup headers
5 x tractors
3 x min 350hp or to suit equipment requirements
2 x swathers
3 x grain carts
2 x trucks + B Train Triples
2 x tender trailers for supplying seeders
2 x Air Seeders
2 x Cultivators
1 x Plow
1 x Self Propelled Sprayer
1 x Lime Spreader
2 x Low loaders for hauling equipment

**And build an appropriate contractors yard:**
Storage sheds to keep combines, headers, seeders and sprayer (tillage equipment can remain unprotected)
Supply silos/bunkers for all product (seed, fertilizer etc)
Maintenance workshop
Fuel supply

**Goal:**
Must maintain $500,000 cash in account AT ALL TIMES to prove liquidity in business.

**Secondary Object - Building a Farm Operation**
Choose a farm yard to start
All land purchases must be linked by field boundaries to an existing owned field
Own 1000 acres of field area (not land area)
Can use contract equipment for the main farm
The contracting business must own 1x Class 11 combine and 1x large tractor to be able to purchase a field
Can purchase additional fields for each new combine/tractor purchase - eg 2 x combines and large tractors = 2 fields.

**Extend farming operations:**
to include Cotton as a key crop for the farm
have a sheep station of minimum 1000 sheep (seasonal wool mod enabled)
