This little piece of desert has a huge natural waterreservoir underneath it. Thanks to this and good water management, this piece of desert is very fertile. The Cali Palm Trees (known from Frontier map) are growing fast and make good money but almost everything is possible in this map. There are 33 fields and 47 farmlands. The empty farmlands are cheap but they will need leveling.
