Welcome to Ballam road dairy farming a completely new map built from scratch for Farming simulator 25 based in Lytham St Annes England from a popular youtube farming series Tom Pemberton Farm Life with full permission. the map is a fully functional busy dairy and beef farm starting with just over 1000 cattle on 2 farms and has several sell points throughout the map, it also contains a Golfcourse and a carwash that can be purchased and will provide a steady income -2 farms -8 sell points -Buyable golfcourse income generator -Buyable carwash income generator -8 cattlesheds -3 cattlepastures -2 placeables fenceless cattle pastures, 1 normal and 1 compact sized for very small grass areas or placing inside a shed for a tempory cattleshed -1st cut silage is already done and in the clamp allowing you to start 2nd cut silage on day 1 -some starting straw bales -over 400 dairy cattle at starting Farm -over 600 beef cattle at 2nd Farm -customised cattle feeder holding 30k litres of feed while still being small enough to manoeuvre around the farms -customised telehandler bucked to 10k litres to ease the burden of feeding and cleaning the cattle during those winter months -starting farm is equiped with its own dairy and farmshop -lots of scenery around the grounds of Lytham hall site including 3 sell points -all fields and farms are true to scale resulting in a lot more field work required compared to the fs22 version -Added a drivable John Deere buggy in the store designed specifically for moving cattle and sheep between pastures around the farm holding 200 at a time, the buggy when full can only do speeds of 9mph to simulate animal walking speed I hope you enjoy the map
